Terms & Conditions

  • 800,000/- Lacs per person payment to be deposited at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before 15 November.
  • Company will not be responsible for any delay and/or non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the Saudi Consulate.
  • Meet & Assist and baggage handling service at Airport will be provided by United Agent Office.
  • Complete transportation by Air-Conditioned Buses except for Tawaf al Ziarat and Tawaf Al Wida.
  • Sharing accomodation in Aziziya. Male & Female separate (4/5 persons per room) will be provided.
  • Mina & Arfaat space provide by As per Saudi Wizrat ul Hajj.
  • Sharing room in Aziziya Hotel for Double & Tripple room extra charges will be applicable.
  • In case of NO SHOW Company will not responsible of any AirLine charges / package price is non refundable.
  • *** If Qurbani Imposed by Saudi Authorities in Masar system price will be added accordingly ***
  • *** If a Haji books their own Ticket, they will also manage their own Airport Pick-up and Drop-off ***
  • Package price is irrespective and irrelevant of the number of days Stay in Makkah and Madinah .
  • Company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage(s) or incurred during travel.
  • If any other Tax Immposed by Saudi Government on Hajj Will be add.
  • TICKET PRICE WILL BE SHARED ONCE AIR LINE PUBLISHES THE HAJJ FARE.
